These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bbdjl governing all access to and use of our online casino, sports betting, and gaming services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

One Account Per Player

BDT Transactions Only

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bbdjl website and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bbdjl (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Accessing the Platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions as published at the time of access.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any bonus or promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to that specific promotion.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bbdjl Platform is strictly limited to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. The bbdjl Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any individual found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately terminated and all associated funds forfeited without recourse.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party unless expressly authorised by bbdjl in writing.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where accessing the Platform would constitute a violation of any applicable statute, regulation, or directive.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of bbdjl, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
- You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by bbdjl for any breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other individual or entity when placing wagers or conducting any financial transaction on the Platform.
bbdjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority.
Where bbdjl has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, the Company may suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and initiate a formal identity verification review. The Player's cooperation with such a review is a condition of continued access to the Platform.

Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by bbdjl, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing financial transactions, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to promptly update such information should it change.
Registration Requirements
- Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and your accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence.
- You must provide a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet number or bank account details for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
- You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before withdrawals are processed. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bbdjl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. bbdjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until bbdjl has been formally notified of a security breach and has taken steps to secure the account.
Player Responsibility: Never share your bbdjl login credentials with any third party. bbdjl staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
Deposits & Withdrawals
bbdjl processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally supported payment methods. The Company is committed to processing deposits and withdrawals promptly, fairly, and without hidden fees where technically possible.
Deposit Policy
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
- Deposits are credited to your bbdjl account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
- bbdjl does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside bbdjl's control and are your responsibility.
- Deposits made using funds that are not beneficially owned by you (e.g., credit borrowed from a third party, stolen funds, or funds derived from illegal activity) constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal Policy
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make deposits on the account, subject to verification requirements. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 1–24 hours of a verified withdrawal request. VIP tier members may benefit from expedited processing times as outlined in the VIP Programme terms.
- bbdjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where identity verification has not been previously completed.
- Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Anti-Money Laundering: bbdjl applies rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
bbdjl regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing registered players. All promotions issued by bbdjl are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany the offer, and to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Bonuses offered to new players are subject to a one-time claim limit per household, IP address, and device.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the total bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10%–20%, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- bbdjl reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that this does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player.
- Bonuses have a validity period after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance. The validity period is stated in each promotion's terms.
- Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to unlock bonus funds, or otherwise exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for permanent closure.
VIP Programme
The bbdjl VIP Programme is an ongoing loyalty scheme through which registered players earn VIP points on eligible wagers. Points accumulate to unlock higher VIP tiers, each carrying enhanced benefits including increased cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, and access to personalised account management. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on the bbdjl Platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, virtual sports, and the cricket and sports betting sportsbook — are governed by individual game rules provided within the Platform interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.
Game Integrity
- All slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with international fair play standards.
- Live dealer games are operated from professionally managed studios and broadcast in real time. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the game being conducted and are not subject to any software manipulation.
- Sports betting odds are calculated using industry-standard algorithms and are subject to change up until the point at which the market is suspended or the relevant event commences. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are settled at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was placed, unless the bet is voided under these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software faults — affecting the outcome of a game or wager, bbdjl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. This is the sole remedy available to the Player in such circumstances.
Sportsbook & Cricket Betting
bbdjl's sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet settlement is conducted in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for domestic BPL fixtures). Where a result is disputed or under official review, bbdjl reserves the right to delay settlement until a definitive result is confirmed.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. bbdjl reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets already accepted on suspended markets will be settled according to the outcome of the relevant event unless voided under these Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbdjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potentially legal action against the offending individual.
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with bbdjl.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 18 or knowingly assisting or facilitating access by a minor.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's code or game mechanics to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform without human input, including for the purpose of placing bets, manipulating game outcomes, or circumventing security measures.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting activity intended to defraud bbdjl or other players.
- Using the Platform to process, transfer, or launder funds derived from illegal or criminal activity of any kind.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct towards bbdjl staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, replicate, or otherwise reproduce any element of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
- Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
Enforcement: bbdjl employs sophisticated fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and permanently, with all associated balances forfeited. bbdjl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
Account Suspension & Closure
bbdjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to the account holder, in any of the following circumstances:
- The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
- bbdjl has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- The account holder has initiated a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit through their payment provider.
- bbdjl is required to suspend or close the account by a court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction from a competent authority.
- The account has been dormant (no login or financial activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their bbdjl account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bbdjl will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance (subject to verification requirements), void any active bonus balances, and permanently deactivate the account within 5 working days.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbdjl's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim. bbdjl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute between a Player and bbdjl that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules before resorting to litigation in any court of competent jurisdiction.
